Following excellent results at the Ormiston Victory Academy and City Academy, County Councillor Paul Wells, who represents Bowthorpe on the Conservative-run County Council, congratulated students.
"I am writing to offer my congratulations to all the students who received their A-level results yesterday. I was especially delighted with the results at Ormiston Victory Academy in Costessey and for those successful students at City Academy.
Many families in Bowthorpe send their children to these new academies and I have heard consistent praise for both schools. I would like to thank the teachers and principals at both schools for their hard work and dedication. The County Council remains committed to working with these schools as they continue to develop.
