This morning, local District Councillors Ian Mackie, Jon Emsell and Trudy Mancini-Boyle were joined by Chloe Smith MP as they launched their campaign for the upcoming Broadland District Council elections in May 2023. Campaigners took to the streets and spoke to residents about local issues in TSA.
Speaking after the campaign, Cllr Ian Mackie (District Councillor for Thorpe St Andrew North West) said: "Residents in Thorpe St Andrew really value the dedicated team of local Conservative Councillors who work hard for them all year round to get things done and maintain it as a very popular place to live and work. Residents told me about their support for our local campaigns, such as on Pinebanks and river pollution as well as positive support for the community events. I will take the issues away, alongside Chloe Smith MP and my fellow Councillors.”
